  Service at a Starbucks can be such a crapshoot. You really never know what you are going to get. I popped in here on a Saturday afternoon to grab a caprese sandwich and the girl taking my order was so nice! They were busy trying to fill all the Drive-Through orders at the same time but I never felt rushed or ignored. On my way out I ordered the pink drink to go and the barista still remembered my name! I love when you pop by a place and everyone is so nice and happy, it really does brighten your day!

  We had our worst Starbucks experience here. The staff here is so rude specially a guy who spoke rudely in a sassy voice.
  So here is what happened- we missed the spot where we had to order and drove to the window directly which was our fault. But there was no one behind us so we ordered at the window and no one told us to go back. We order our drinks with crushed  ice. But when the order came it was too sweet and ice was not crushed. When we told them that a guy in a sassy voice said " we are not LA Starbucks, do you want it or not !"  This was so uncalled for and we were shocked.  We were so polite all the time and this was so uncalled for.
  
  If the Starbucks manager is reading this please loose employees with attitude. This is not good for business. Not sure what history or experience the guy had in LA but I am sure with that salty attitude he would have trouble everywhere.

  This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered my usual Dirty Chai Frap with two shots of espresso when I go to any Starbucks, and what did I get? A watered down hot chai latte that tasted like dirt water. Worst experience ever, and highly recommend not going. Never got my money back or the actual drink I wanted. Go somewhere else in town for coffee and skip this terrible place.

  This Starbucks is terrible don't go here. I came here this morning and got a latte and as I was driving I heard something in my coffee. I opened the lid and found a MILK CAP. I am so disgusted by this as employees hands have been unscrewing and res crewing this, who knows how many germs were in my coffee. I tried to call the Starbucks 10 times and the call always said they were busy. I will never go to a Starbucks again, absolutely disgusting.

  I don't like Starbucks flavor.  There.  
  Aside from that,  I stopped in to get a quick pick me up.  Holy heck the employees are awesome. Everyone was smiling like it was payday Friday.  I expressed concern over flavoring while ordering and the young woman offered a suggestion to assist my order.  
  I ended up actually liking it.  
  Clean,  super friendly people and QUICK.
